Prewett Physical Therapy assumed the physical therapy services at Booneville Community Hospital beginning December 26, 2007. Both new patients and existing Booneville Community Hospital physical therapy patients are welcome. Prewett Physical Therapy will also offer services to both Booneville and Charleston Western Valley Home Health patients, with the additional out-patient clinic which is located (two doors North of the MediSave Pharmacy) at 23 South Logan Street in Charleston.
