Food Service Department
The Food Service department is responsible for the quality and timely provision of meal service and other related services to our patients, employees and all BCH customers following individual nutritional needs and regulatory guidelines.
Customers Served
The department provides well-balanced meal service and appropriate in-between meal snacks to all patients, cafeteria & catering customers, visitors, volunteers, physicians, other guest and customers.
We provide floor stock and snacks so that foods are available in-between meals for requests. We also provide free nutritional consultations by appointment only.
Lastly, we offer support to the registered Dietician by proving safe, sanitary food service, avoiding health hazards while providing all diets to the registered dieticians optimal nutritional care plan.

Patient Meal Service Schedule
Breakfast: 7:30 am
Lunch: 12:00 noon
Supper: 5:00 pm
Cafeteria Meal Service Schedule
Breakfast: 6:00am – 8:30am
Lunch: 11:00am – 1:30pm
Supper: 4:30pm – 6:00pm
